Conduct pre and post technical inspections to insure all projects meet or exceed the International Building Code. Coordinate and communicate between project management, Subcontractors and Engineers to ensure job compliance in accordance to all project specifications and scopes of work The International Building Code ( IBC ) and safety. Prepare and submit project planning estimates to the Client for acceptance which includes but is not limited to: trades, materials and labor which will be included in the scope of work, assessments of Project Planning Requests, research and procure materials using suppliers from all over the world, ensuring supplier’s inventory list is current with stock and pricing.  Meet with clients and supervisors for biding on all new and existing projects including Proposal of Project Estimates, planning.
